The Swiss partner of the joint venture was founded in 1959 as a manufacturer of precision components for the Swiss watch industry. After decades of development, it has a strong R&D 

and design team and advanced machining and testing capabilities. It is now a leading European manufacturer of surgical, spinal and dental products and surgical instruments. The Chinese 

partner of the joint venture has over thirty years of experience in the sale and service of dental medical devices.

The Company has obtained the TÜV Rheinland EN ISO13485 quality system certificate, a number 

of Class III and Class II medical device registration certificates and Class I medical device filing certificates related to dental implants, and has dozens of patent certificates.
